Sessions last one hour and take place fully clothed on a high quality and comfortable kapok mat. Bowls are placed and played all around your body and on your chakras (energy centers). Chimes and tingshas are also used. The session is combined with a blend of essential oils to enhance the flow of energy through all chakras. Additional techniques such as warm water bowl massage therapy, soft chanting may also be incorporated in a session depending on individual needs.
Clients are asked to wear comfortable clothing without buttons, zippers or jewelry.

Tuning Forks

Tuning Forks Session

During a one on one tuning forks session, Judit applies her precision-calibrated tuning forks to specific acupuncture points on her clients' bodies to access different meridians and chakras.

What is a meridian? In traditional Chinese medicine, meridians are channels that form a network in the body, through which qi (vital energy) flows. Blocked qi causes pain or illness. The flow of qi is restored by using pressure at specific points along the meridians.

The stem of the activated fork can also be placed on the bones and articulations to restore movement and flexibility, and aid the development of connective tissue.

Tuning forks can also be placed near the ears as this can have a powerful regulatory effect on the entire nervous system, creating deep relaxation or stimulation, depending on which forks are used.

Mama cacao will guide you on an inner journey to clear the fog within, allowing you to see clearly in which direction you need to go. It is a chance for self-reflection and a deep connection to the source. Cacao is also known for its mood-enhancing properties and ability to promote feelings of love and connection. The ceremony serves as a powerful tool for personal transformation, healing, and community bonding. Judit will dive into the energy of the day, according to Mayan Cosmology, and will add something unique every month. She will conclude the session with a guided visualization using Tibetan Singing Bowls.

The perfect ambiance will be created to envelop you in the healing vibrations and melodies of the Tibetan Singing Bowls, bells, chimes and tuning forks. You'll be lying down on a super comfortable cushioned mat during this session. And you'll also experience the profound vibrations of a Tibetan Singing Bowl placed on you, aiding in the release of stagnant energy and the harmonization of your chakras. At the end, you will receive bath salts to take home with you.
