Single Private Sound Healing Session

A deeply restorative one-on-one experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
During your private session, you’ll settle comfortably into a supportive space while I guide you into relaxation and work intuitively with sound and vibration. I use a combination of Himalayan and Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal Tones® singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, bells, and other therapeutic instruments to create an immersive sound experience tailored to you.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience the powerful vibration of a Himalayan singing bowl placed directly on your body, allowing you to feel the sound and vibration. Therapeutic essential oils are incorporated into the session to further support relaxation and enhance the sensory experience.
The combination of sound, vibration, and aromatherapy invites the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation, helping quiet mental activity, encourage a sense of balance, and create space for rest and renewal.

Couple Private Sound Healing Session

Couple’s sound healing is a beautiful experience to share with a partner, friend, or family member. The session creates space for each of you to receive the benefits of sound healing individually while also sharing an experience that can deepen your sense of connection.
You’ll settle comfortably side by side while I guide you into relaxation and work intuitively with sound and vibration. I use a combination of Himalayan and Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal Tones® singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, bells, and other therapeutic instruments to create an immersive sound experience.

A cacao ceremony is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share a meaningful experience in community. Each month, I create a unique theme and intention inspired by the energy of the day and Mayan Cosmology.
The ceremony includes ceremonial cacao, guided reflection and visualization, Tibetan singing bowls, oracle cards, and a drum journey to support a deeper sense of presence and connection.

Sound Healing

Candlelight Sound Healing Session

Let go, relax, and renew during this intimate candlelight sound healing session at my cozy studio. Surrounded by the gentle glow of candles, you’ll receive the healing vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, bells, and chimes while resting comfortably on a cushioned mat.
The session also includes a Tibetan singing bowl placed on the body, a gentle temple and head massage with healing essential oil, and a handmade bath salt blend and oracle card message to take home.
